  1. Booking and Reservation:
    • Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process.
    • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
  2. Check-in and Check-out:
    • Check-in time is after 12 pm, and check-out time is before 12 pm.
    • Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
  3. Payment:
    • Payment is required upon check-in.
    • Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, debit card, and UPI.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the reservation date.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in no refund.
  5. Guest Responsibilities:
    • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
    • Room key should be handed over during check out.
    • Quiet hours must be observed after 11 pm.
    • Only children below the age of 10 years will be accommodated for free.

  6. Pets and Smoking:
    • No pets are allowed.
    • Smoking is allowed only inside the room.
  7. Liability:
    • The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guest belongings.
  8. Behavioural Expectations:
    • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards staff and other guests.
    • Disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without a refund.
  9. Security Measures:
    • Guests are required to comply with security measures, including presenting identification upon request.
  10. Compliance with Local Laws:
    • Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
